Andreas is a mindfulness and purpose-driven consultant and coach that combines heart-centered collaborations with execution. Andreas has over 10 years of international development and business field experience in the United States, Latin America and East Africa. Along with 15 years of experience in meditation and mindfulness. Andreas worked for four years at Kate Spade's Social Impact Measurement Manager and Advisor for its CSR initiative in Rwanda. Prior, he founded Beyond Volunteering, a for-profit social enterprise in Peru. Andreas excels in mentorship and coaching, strategic thought partnership, building partnerships between stakeholders, and has a passion for working with grassroots organizations in the US and abroad. Andreas holds an M.A. in Social Enterprise from American University and a B.A. from the University of Southern California. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
